The heart of our ministry is to help students to grow to know Christ in a deep and transforming way. Navs is a ministry built on relationships. We believe that it is through these life-on-life relationships that college students come to know Christ, mature in their relationships with Him, and share their lives and faith with others through evangelism and discipleship.

Events for Welcome Week, Fall 2008

Friday, September 5th: First Nav Nite - -FREE FOOD Please join us from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for the first Nav Nite of the semester. We meet on the top floor of the Education Sciences building. For more information go to http://www.uwnavs.org/navnite.html.

Tuesday September 2: Visit us outside either Frank's Place or Gordon Commons at our information tables from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5 PM to 7:00 PM

Wednesday September 3: Visit us outside either Frank's Place or Gordon Commons at our information tables from 5-7 PM.

Wednesday, August 27th: Dorm Jam! Please come and check us out at the southeast dorms between 10:00 PM and midnight for some fun and festivities. Look for chalking outside of your dorm for specific times and locations.

Thursday, August 28th: Dorm Jam Part 2! Please come to the the Lakeshore dorms between 10:00 PM and midnight for some fun and festivities. Look for chalking outside of your dorm for specific times and locations.

Friday, August 29th: Food and Games! Come check us out at the athletic fields on the east side of the Natatorium for some free food and lots of games.

Sunday, August 31st: Blackhawk Church Ministry Fair. The Navigators will have a booth at the Blackhawk ministry fair after each service. Please check out Blackhawk's website at http://www.blackhawkchurch.org. Service times are 9:00 AM, 10:45 AM, 4:30 PM, and 6:00 PM.
